High School

There is no need to wait for university admission to learn about nuclear energy! Several Swedish universities have combined their forces to make nuclear education accessible for high school students and teachers. Through the Swedish Academic Initiative for radiation sciences and Nuclear Technology  (SAINT), and with support from SKC, leading researchers from Uppsala University, Chalmers and University of Gothenburg have created video material that explains nuclear energy, radiation, radiation detection methods and radiation protection in a non-complicated way.

The package Strålningsvetenskap för nyfikna  (Radiation Science for the Curious) can be used freely in schools or independently by curious students. The material is in Swedish.
